Welcome to the 2nd series of the 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘵'𝘴 podcast.

In this episode, Jac Pentland (Class of 1997 and current Herioter President) explores the trials and tribulations of World War I, recollecting real accounts from former pupils who fought in Gallipoli in 1915.

Jac recounts two letters written by former pupils who served at Gallipoli; Lieutenant Thomas Burt (13th Royal Scots) and Lieutenant Dods Munro (The Lovat Scouts) to give a feel for what life was like for these remarkable Herioters during such a testing time in our history.
